Hanák, András

András Hanák was born and raised in Budapest.  He finished his education in Hungary by receiving a law degree.  He left Hungary for the Unites States in 1981, where he worked hard in many jobs (including a glatt kosher deli on the West side of Manhattan), toyed with a number of career opportunities, and this effort ended up in getting two more law degrees: a JD from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and an LLM from Columbia Law School.  He became the member of the Pennsylvania Bar, and moved to Washington DC where he worked as an attorney for three years.  He moved back to Hungary i

Hattin, Michael

Michael Hattin has a professional degree in architecture from University of Toronto, semicha studies at Yeshivat Har Etzion. He is a senior lecturer in Tanakh at Pardes Institute Jerusalem, and the author of forthcoming books: "Passages – Text and Transformation in the Torah" (Urim Publications) and "Joshua – The challenge of the Promised Land" (Koren Publishers).
